few if any voted or even knew how easy it is to vote in North Dakota.

just provide a document with a ND adress on it proving you have lived in the state for the correct amount of time

I haven't lived in North Dakota since 1988 and am surprised they haven't tightened voting requirements for all the newcomers. Back in those day, poll workers generally knew everyone who showed up to vote in their precinct. We were that small and close-knit.

Prior to the early 1960s, you didn't even need a driver's license within the state. You also didn't need a pistol permit, open or concealed.
