Acevedo is accused of speeding down a Brooklyn street at 60 mph early Sunday and crashing into a car carrying Nachman and Raizy Glauber.

When I read it, it was AT LEAST 60 mph, which in my mind means 80. Here's the intersection where it occurred. I went to Street View and matched it up to a news photo of the men standing along Kent Ave. in the middle of the night in their black suits and hats. Very touching, to me. They are famously "stoic" about such things. I use quotes because there might be some dispute as to priority.

However fast it was, it was fast enough to kill three people. The phrase “depraved indifference” pops to mind.
