What IS newsworthy though is that CBS is reporting this. Why?

I’m shocked that CBS hasn’t fired Attkisson.

But...but Bush KNEW about 9/11! Even though it was planned during the Clinton administration.

I know it was only an act of war and all, but Obama knew and did...NOTHING. Well at least it was only 4 dead, including our ambassador, but still.

Think of the body count.

2400 dead from 9/11, only 2700 dead from the Obama drone attacks. And only 2000 dead Americans in Afghanistan.

But who's counting?

I know my newspaper doesn't count the dead on a daily basis anymore. Nor does the TV news.

So I guess it's OK then.

I don't know that CBS is reporting it. Sharyl Atkkisson is reporting it -- on the CBS Twitter feed.

I'm unaware of exactly what their reporting protocol might be. But I would imagine a reporter has the ability to post material on the network's Twitter feed, unedited and unsupervised.

We'll see where this goes tomorrow. That will tell us much.

Why? Because the election’s over, duh.
