Saul Alinksy advises us that "Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.” There is no defense. It’s irrational. It’s infuriating...."

So, because Obama is only worthy of mockery, let us use our photoshop skills and create (or collect) pictures of the SEQUESTERPOCALYPGEDDON.... the worst calamity to befall mankind, EVER, because of a 2% budget cut. Why, Maxine Waters advises us that 170 MILLION JOBS will be lost....

Freepers, start your photoshop. Here is my submission:

Thanks again for another brilliant (well, pretty funny, anyways!) expression from a mastermind of something or other.

I'm sitting on my front porch. drinking coffee, and listening to some good classic rock. It's about 73 now (7am) and going to around 86 with 1000% humidity! I've been in the Philippines for three days, have a beach front house rented for 8000 a month (php) on the beach. My house lady is scrubbing my clothes out in the back (by hand), after sweeping everything, cleaning, then doing it again (2000 a month php), and soon we'll go shopping for initial pantry supplies and incidentals in Ormoc City, Leyte.

McArthur said "I shall return" on this island, but never made it back. I look forward to my return visit to the USA in December, but until then, I'll just pretend this is Paradise. In January, I shall return, if still kicking!

Oh, wait! This IS a Paradise...

40.66php=$1US today!

Bottle coke WITH REAL SUGAR, 10php. Living here is already priceless!

Well, you are getting close to knowing how to live here ;)
I am having my morning coffee and red wine as I check FR, emails, and Drudge.
I am starting my fifth year here in my beach house in the best part of Dalaguete, Cebu at 4000 pesos per month. ($100)
My wife and baby boy just left by c-cad (pedicab) for her family home in the center of town.
I will later go by bicycle to the town market and do my daily shopping, $10 to $20 per day.

I am listening to Friday’s Rush, via my DAR.fm service.
It is a fantastic service for automatic recording of any radio programs for playback at any time.
I now record each days Rush, Savage, and Kook to Kook AM.

Returning to the USSA? That is something that I will never do, as long as the Marxist are in control.
There is no way I could even afford to live there on my SS.

Life, as an expat, is quite nice.

(Is it a coffee/wine mix, or separate?)

I'm heading to Ormoc City this morning for household stuff, then by the pier market to buy some oysters and fish. Oysters here are quite large, but are only at this market on Saturdays. For today, I intend to feast on grilled oysters a-la-John Besh. Butter, panco crumbs, garlic, parmesan, and a little margarine, then pop them half-shelled onto the grill, spoon in a dollop and wait for glory!

Saturday is here.

I have never tried coffee/wine mixed.
I buy 1 ltr box wines from Spain and South America.
They cost only about 140 pesos per ltr., and easy to carry
as much as 20 ltrs. The one I have now is from Italy, and 129 pesos, but only 10.5%.
I have not seen oysters here, but have not thought to look.
There are a number of fishermen stationed at my beach.
They buy their ice from me.
