Thanks for the pictures.

Wait!
You forgot the pictures of the demonstrators:
defecating on Police cars
Fighting with the Police
Naked people dancing
The trash and garbage after the "rally".

Oh? It didin't happen? None of these things??
Imagine that.....

Ice, is there any video of this event? I could only find one and it was only 2 minutes long.

Regards,

Our local Commie rag called a newspaper says that 7,000 were there.

The small peoples paper says 12,000.

I think, by looking at the rally pictures, that there was more than a decent sized crowd! That was quite a huge rally for NY; GOOD GOING FOLKS!

OUTSTANDING! Thanks for the pictures. Just more clarification that the msm was correct. Twenty or 30 pro-gun nutcases showed up. LOL! I think there’s trouble ahead.

“I hope Cuomo feels pressured enough to pay attention.”

He doesn’t.
No more so than Obama feels any “pressure” to pay attention to YOU.

“Too many of these arrogant pols deliberately isolate themselves so they can pretend not to know that they’re riding roughshod over the wishes of their constituents.”

They don’t care.
They don’t serve “their consituents” any more.
There are more important considerations...

Your sentiment is almost as if it came from my keyboard.

Cuomo wasn’t there that day because the unions demanded his presence down on Long Island. They just got wind of what the budget looks like to them. They are *pissed* !

I’m really glad to see what happened there. The SEIU trip was cancelled because the office couldn’t reserve the buses. That’s about all I know. I would like to think our efforts of phone bombing them worked (!) I have confirmation of about 15 of us just calling and harassing them. Ordering pizzas, apologizing for wrong numbers, sitting quietly, or “Cleaning lady” calls (From Family Guy, I imagine those calls were pretty funny).

There are a ton more of these union-organized counter protests coming. Keep your eyes open, everyone - And if you see something out there post it up on FR. Free Republic responds to the threat.

Now, as a bit of insider news (I don’t want to hijack the thread) the Unions are in a PANIC right now. So enjoy this moment too.

NY Post said the Albany PD wanted the SEIU people to stay home to avoid confrontation.

Never underestimate NY State.

You can get depressed living in NYC. Several years ago we joined a protest in Albany against Pataki’s gun grabbing. Nailed a notice on the door of the governor’s mansion. He was campaigning (so it must have been 2002) and mentioned the incident. We could only get five or six people to take the bus to Albany. But we have a good state. Upstate is very different.

Congratulations all. Great pix and great rally.

Wow, really inspiring. Now I’m going to try to find this reported in the MSM.

Hi, Celerity, that was a great related thread you posted re: the magic bus ride. Good going!

Bump for a great “how we do it” thread.
