Why? I think you cut right to the point. These people don’t need or deserve some flowery response. They need to move to North Korea—where they’ll be safe.
Maybe a bit of nice wording is what he meant...
"Thank you for your letter, my dearest new constituent. I have thought long and hard about the liberal opinion letter you recently sent to me. I have taken some time here to respond to your concerns and hopefully help with the wrenching decision about which you are wrestling. Afterall, I am here to serve you.
You should leave. I recommend you go back to whatever liberal haven you came from in search of prosperity here in our great state.
