The White House on Sunday detailed how deep spending cuts set to begin this week would affect programs in every state and the District, as President Obama launched a last-ditch effort to pressure congressional Republicans to compromise on a way to stop the across-the-board cuts. But while Republicans and Democrats were set to introduce dueling legislative proposals this week to avert the Friday start of the spending cuts, known as the sequester, neither side expected the measures to get enough support to pass Congress.

Let’s start cutting the fat out of our broken government budget by canceling Michele’s traveling circus, El Bozo’s never-ending campaign trips, all green energy boondoggles for his cronies, firing all his unconstitutional czars and their little fiefdoms, canceling all sensitivity training and other bureaucratic mumbo jumbo etc etc etc.....

Looking at the data (and ONLY those with $$ attached), the “cuts” are 81-19 Defense of $8.7 Billion total.

I thought it was supposed to be 50-50. I guess that’s why the regime didn’t put numbers on some “cuts”. Cute. Not!

BTW, only seven states (IA, MN, NV, OR, VT, WV, WI) had fewer defense “cuts” than discretionary “cuts”.
