Richard Shelby is a RINO and has been for at least 15 years. I knew that when he replied to an email I sent him years ago about getting us out of the UN. He totally was in the tank for the UN then and he hasn’t changed.
As an alabamian i am ashamed but not totally surprised. Shelby is a former democrat turned moderate republican Not an olympia snowe type RINO but RINO nonetheless on many things and not to be trusted. I have no idea why he gets reelected alongside a conservative like jeff sessions. He is entrenched I supposed like many others.
