WASHINGTON, Feb. 17 (UPI) — Convicted terrorist Ramzi Yousef filed a lawsuit seeking release from solitary confinement in a high-security U.S. prison. Yousef, 44, has been in solitary for 15 years and said keeping him there indefinitely despite his good behavior amounted to a violation of his due process. A federal judge is expected to rule soon on whether the lawsuit can go to trial, the Los Angeles Times said Sunday.
Yousef was sentenced to life in prison for the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center in New York City. Six people were killed and more than 1,000 were injured in the blast. He has been locked up since his conviction at the federal “supermax” prison in Colorado. He is seeking a change in his status that will place him in the general prison population where he can have human contact and more time outside his cell. Yousef’s U.S. attorney told the Times the stress of years in solitary has already taken a psychological toll on his client. The lawsuit argues Yousef is being kept in solitary because of his conviction, which he cannot change.
But prison officials maintain Yousef remains a security threat and told him his “jihadist” leanings could result in communications that could result in harm to others.
Put his lawyer in there with him. Problem solved.
For the physical and mental cruelty he inflicted on us, I hope he hangs himself with his shoelaces.

I don’t think so, just making an observation based on some time spent working in corrections. Solitary makes people go seriously crazy, some faster than others.
He should have been executed and buried in a hog yard.

strap him to an intercontinental ballistic missile and push the button. see he will have a limited solitary confinement and he will get his wish 72 virgins. Where does Allah get all these 72 virgins for the so called Muslim martyrs? (just a note islam/Moslem faith is an aberrant teaching and in fact there would be no 72 Virgins)
Wrap him with C4 and hold the button until he decide not to go ahead with the court action. If he says no push the button.
He is getting his name into the news so the jihadi’s can see how mistreated he is.
They should have executed this man years ago. The muslims will do everyhing they can to free him.
