Considering who is in the White Hut I imagine the government would just buy their arms and ammo from their friends and financial supporters in China and Russia.

If push came to shove, they have all the guns & ammo they've confiscated whether legally or not. Brings to mind the tour of FBI building I once took. They had a massive collection then and that was 30 yrs ago!
