“The Great Gun Debate” I just won in Winston-Salem was a sobering experience, and I came away from it both worried and energized.
I say “worried” because I saw more starkly than ever that what we face is not about semi-automatic firearms or even guns in general, but rather a full-on assault on individual liberty.
Held in the ritzy “Southeastern Center for Contemporary Art” by WXII-TV, what GRNC volunteers found when we arrived was a cabal of limousine liberals, aging hippies, and hard-core “community organizers.”
When WXII created the panel, producers did their best to stack the deck in favor of gun control, but we knew that going in and we certainly didn’t expect to win them over.
We did it to show you exactly what you face; the lengths they will go to and the lies they will tell in order to take not only your guns, but your freedom. Make no mistake: They want to control you!
To gun ban advocates, YOU are the threat
Ignore the nonsense they spout about “reasonable” gun laws and how they want to “keep guns out of the wrong hands.” As you will see from what they say in the video clip below, which I call “Out of the Mouths of Leftists”, the “wrong” hands are your hands.
When I noted that facts should underpin rational public policy, I was branded a “hater.” When a pro-gun panelist tried to make a point, he or she was shouted down not by one, but rather three of the opposition. When I pointed out that the “facts” they used to support their arguments were, in reality, fabrications, I was told: “You are the exact reason I worry about these firearms.”

If you remember, ol’ Ben Franklin’s son was whisked out of his comfy house, as the Colonial Governor of New Jersey, in the middle of the night, but spared his life, because of his father, and moved to Connecticut.
I think it would well, for those who think they rule us, to remember, that Franklin was the Governor, under King George III, at the time, and we still snatched him away, armed guards at home, and all!
I have often wondered whether there are gun rights groups doing exactly that.
My reasonable Gun Law::
Any Public Servant or Public Employee or Any Agent of Any State or the US Government or any Political Subdivision thereof, who is found to be in possession of Any Item, Substance or Product that is Illegal or restricted in any way to the General Public shall be guilty of a Class A Felony, punishable by not less than 15 years in prison and a minimum of $1 Million Dollar Fine. There Shall be No Exceptions
The “gun control debate” has ALWAYS been about controlling us. I read a booklet called “Gun Control Equals People Control” (or something like that) in the late 1960’s. Instead of “assault weapons” the demon was “Saturday Night Specials”. Same crap, different demon. If I remember correctly, it wa published by the John Birch Society. The JBS was way ahead of their time. They identified the enemy early on.
Why do people buy fire extinguishers for their home or car when we have firemen? ... What a puzzle!

I watched the clip. The thing that was most obvious was that the libtards were all so open-minded that their brains had fallen out long ago.
I especially liked the dumb@ss “community organizer” who stated that “we have a government to take care of us.”
