I'm not even a historian or economist and I can tell you that the State of the Union Sucks.
This is one more Obama Event I plan on missing since there really is NO reason to watch anyway.

how I wish they would go back to a simple written message about mundane matters that you see in early annual messages. I will even stop referring to it as the “state of the union”.
