I've concluded America doesn't read like it used to.

I don't know how it happened, but I was taught in the 1950's Boston public school system, and I learned to love to read.

It seems, even to my own homeschooled kids ... no one wants to nor enjoys reading.

I'm afraid the more books people write, the more it is wasted time as far as educating or enlightening is concerned.

There used to be a Freepette with a name that began with the letter A and she was involved with the Hellywood film industry ... she went across country west to east and filmed freepers and others on her way to the Freedom March (unless I have totally burned my memory cells out.)

I think we need to youtube our asses off at this point
