Fairfield police arrested a local barber Friday in the killing of a 13-year-old girl from Suisun City whose body was found last week in a park, authorities said.
Anthony Lamar Jones, 32, of Fairfield was arrested in the death of Genelle Conway-Allen, who was last seen Jan. 31. Her body, stripped of clothing, was found early the next day in Allan Witt Park in Fairfield.
Jones acted alone, police said at a press conference Friday morning. They have not said how Genelle died.

If it wasn't with an evil AR-15 then why report how she was killed? If convicted, it should be an automatic death penalty. Case closed.
The way to do this is to make a connection in the prison where he is being kept, so that after a year or two passes he is put down by other inmates.
It is just death, and there is no emotional gratification in it. But it does conclude things.
