After Daley delivered the White House to JFK via vote fraud and the GOP did nothing that greenlighted this for Dems nationally. I suspect it’s mostly used in Dem on Dem crimes.

Even if Nixon had taken Illinois' electoral votes in the election of 1960, it would not have changed the election results. The tab was Kennedy 303, Nixon 219, with 15 unpledged democratic electors.

I have no doubt that there was massive voter fraud in Chicago but it did not elect Kennedy. Illinois had 26 electoral votes at the time.
