This Brennan guy is the same one who had the passport files of Obama - hacked & fixed/deleted/cleaned. Or perhaps they were hacked just for fun.

Oh- one minor detail - the guy who actually performed the hack was killed shortly before his trial.

They need to issue a program, so we can keep track of all the actors and players.

I am a little torn here. On the one hand, this is Nobunga dueing drone strikes, so there has to be a hidden agenda. On the other hand, he is killing anti-American, anti-God, anti-Freedom terrorists, so I am in favor of that. Is Obama trying to get in our good graces?

No, don’t be fooled. He could care less about being in anyone’s good graces. Obama is a dangerous power hungry leader with multiple personality disorders. He is flaunting his control, just like dictators do.

Ah... OK... You appear to be one of those nut jobs that thinks a declaration of war somehow means something different in the law. Never mind... Have a good day!

Well there are things that differ in war, these are governed by the international law (which we signed on to via treaty) under the Geneva and Hague conventions. (Contrary to popular belief Geneva is about valid targets, not valid operations/responses/actions [sorry, the exact word eludes me at the moment].) Moreover, according to international law such non-uniformed aggressors are not entitled to any of the protections given by Geneva/Hague -- the 'enemy combatant' & 'insurgent' terms were coined to give them legitimacy they did not deserve (probably for political reasons).
Going down these roads is, however interesting, still quite tangential to the topic at hand.

That said, is it possible for a valid state of war between the US and SOME_ENTITY without the Congress declaring war?
Obviously yes; Mexico, for example, could declare war w/o Congress's consent -- and indeed, Art 4, Sec 4 constrains the [federal] government to protect the Several States (so a congress claiming war couldn't be entered into w/o their consent would be violating the Constitution [and actual Traitors, by the Constitution's definition]).

And actually the presence of a state of war DOES impact/change the law: see the 5th Amendment.

You never answered the main inquiry:
No, it is not clear why you feel that the government may behave in an unconstrained & lawless manner.
Please explain how this evil may result in good.

I sent your post to my friend who is from South America...Here is what she emailed me back....

“The comment on Argentina is correct. Thousands of young people primarily university students disappeared and have never been found. It was a terribly dark era in their history, and one in which the country has never quite recovered from. You have to remember in Latin America university students have a great deal of clout. It’s not like here. The only time anything has ever occurred that even remotely resembles the power of university students is the uprising at Kent State, and we both know how that ended. In Latin America the students can close down the country. They are really looked upon as the future leaders of the country, so when they revolt the government takes notice. Most of those young people were arrested without any charges and never seen again. Can’t happen here in North America? Think again.”
