I'm far from a fashion maven. And, I'm hardly the picture of High-Class Refinement. However, I know enough to realize what looks good, and what doesn't. And, I'm also smart enough to know that if I had 100 cameras trained on my every move, I'd need to take a few minutes to learn a little culture. At least enough to fool some of the people, some of the time. :-)
You'd think that with an entire army of White House critters, all dedicated to making the presidency look good, there would be one or two who'd take her aside and say "You know, THIS would be a better look for you. And Here, have a half-dozen lessons in etiquette and deportment."
The fact that Moochelle has declined to take advantage of what, frankly, people would beg for the opportunity to give her.....speaks volumes about her intelligence and character, IMHO.

And it turned into an internet sensation with some people not understanding that the photo was a clever fake.
All this has nothing to do with whether she tries to get kids to eat healthier foods, which anyway no one can deny is a big problem that needs to be addressed in some way. When Kennedy tried to get people to exercise more, or Nancy Reagan tried to get kids to say no to drugs, was that government over-reach?
The scary thing is one fat assed woman is given the power to tell everyone else what to eat. And just think. Half the kids who are starving have parents who love her. Now that’s funny!
