The only thing I can think of it porting, but I don’t think you can do that on shotguns.
It’s presumably ported. I’ve seen them before. It serves to reduce recoil, but only slightly.

If the gun (shotgun) did anything from the right, it would be the first time that Obama ever did anything from the RIGHT. And probably the last time, too.
