Who in the world would live in Detroit or Chicago? Bringing children up in war zones such as these is child abuse.
There's lots of elderly retirees living there who I'm sure would like to. Unfortunately their houses are worthless and can't be sold, and they're on fixed incomes and can't afford to buy a home in the nearby communities....
