My sister-in-law told me about her brother running for a position in a certain AZ county with a very high Navajo population. He is a Republican. He switched to Democrat to run because, in her words:
“They can’t read and only look for the “D” next to the name and then cast their vote.”
Wonder if that is much the same with this county.

I would guess it’s the most black, oriental, homosexual, mexican, puerto rican, jewish, fembot county?
probably some of those 90% black counties in the Mississippi Delta ..where I come from...are in there...Sharkey...Issaquena ..Holmes
maybe Rio Grande valley too
or Indian reservation stuff like near Rushmore or the Hopi area in AZ
