I would not count on the Catholics too much. I may have LOST my BEST friend about a week ago—over the “gay issue”.
Too many catholics (and for that matter—ALL “Christians”), want to keep “one foot in the bible—and one foot(and sometimes more than one foot) in the WORLD!!
As for me—I WILL NOT COMPROMISE MY BELIEFS—FOR ANYONE. I KNOW how DANGEROUS fags can be—I was nearly a “Jessie Dirkising” in January of 1987.....and had to quit a job to PREVENT being one.
My youngest daughter scolded me on Facebook this morning for passing judgement on this issue. She apparently believes gays are not evil. I refuse to compromise my values, nor turn away from God's Law. Family gatherings may be thinner in the near future.
A friend of my wife was at a party and a woman asked about another woman who became a homosexual to which my wifes friend told everyone that she has no desire to ever see her now and she will not let her daughter ever go near the woman. My wifes friend stood for her beliefs as does my wife though sadly millions do not have her courage and conviction and instead would rather be sheep or cowards. Whilst people remain cowards on our side and not call the media , not send mail , call elected officials and that does not just include our own then the radical communist from the 60’s will win . Also when the he’ll is our side going to get groups like media matters etc and get organized and go after the corrupt media and the left , go on the attack instead of always Reacting to what the lunatics do
