“Ben Jealous - NAACP - white people are doing a bit better; black folks are doing worse.”

Sounds like he’s been jealous for a long time.

LOL too good!
I hope everyone is paying close attention to anyone that sponsors MTP and the rest. We need to ban as many of their sponsors as we can. Local or national!!

Good charts, csmusaret. We need to hammer these numbers home. They are simple and easy to understand.

DeMint on NBC - on the future of the Republicans moving forward, says Politicians are the real takers - YAY doesn’t believe politidcans will solve our problems unless Americans force them. When asked about abortion issues in the last election, DeMint says Repubs should not engage in a debate about exceptions for abortion when the other side doesn’t even acknowledge (it is a life? - I missed what he said here, so I’m filling in a bit - DeMint has this one TOTALLY right. How and what we choose to argue about in abortion debate is extremely important moving forward.)

Ben Jealous on moving forward - Dixie cratt rhetoric needs to stop. Dem’s have an old brand - I have no idea what he is talking about.

So, just for the record., let’s all remember one more time that this woman stood in a hanger in Delaware in the presence of flag-drapped caskets and the relevant family members and repeated yet again the preposterous lie that a video made in Hollywood was why there were 4 Americans killed in Benghazi.

Just because the media and most Republicans can’t focus on why Rodham will burn enternally in Hell, doesn’t mean we can’t.

I, and I’m sure many others will not. Well stated.

Also, disgusting to see that Hilda & Willy may be nominated for Nobel Peace
prize....

Who is going to round up the overstays and deport them? FedEx?

No, RedNex.

Just request volunteers.

What good will it do to secure our borders if we don’t get a handle on the visa overstays?

We need to get a handled on visa overstays, but FedEx is not the answer. This is not just a matter of tracking these people, but deporting them. We already have a program--the US VISIT program--that was passed in 1996 and never fully implemented.

That 40% is already part of the problem that all the proposed legislation purports to solve. What do you propose?

Here is the plan I propose to address immigration, legal and illegal.

 Formulate a merit based immigration system that brings in the skills and talents to keep us competitive in the global economy;

 Reduce immigration levels based on need more closely approximating 300,000 a year;

 Eliminate extended chain migration, i.e., family reunification, limiting it to the nuclear family,

 Secure the border;

 Enforce existing immigration laws to reduce the current illegal alien population and limit future illegal immigration, i.e., attrition thru enforcement. Enforcement would include: (1) ending the job magnet; (2) increasing coordination at the federal level by eliminating barriers to information sharing among agencies; (3) leveraging state and local enforcement resources; (4) fully implementing the US-VISIT Program to track and deport visa overstays; and (5) make mandatory and improve such programs as E-Verify and 287 [g] authority to assist employers and law enforcement in identifying illegal aliens;

 Eliminate birthright citizenship and the visa lottery program;

 Ensure that anyone who enters this nation illegally is not rewarded by being permitted to stay and work here; i.e., no amnesty;

 Streamline the processing and adjudication of immigration cases;

 Promote pro-immigrant measures that help newcomers assimilate and embrace the values and principles of our Founders and the Constitution.

That we do nothing going forward so the problem will continue to grow?

In 1986 we passed an amnesty. It was passed on the condition that it was a one-time event, never to happen again. The USG estimated that 1 million would apply, but the true number was 2.7 million. Fraud was rife in the process with phony document mills being set up blocks from the processing centers. There was also an infusion of more illegals even though you had to be in the US for five years. Ed Meese called it one of the biggest mistakes the Reagan administration made.

When you reward something, you get more of it. We now have 12 to 20 million illegal aliens in this country. No one truly knows the real number, yet we have legislators willing to grant amnesty without even knowing the true number. And the fact is that even with just 12 million, Robert Rector of the Heritage Foundation estimated that another 66 million would be sponsored by those granted amnesty thru chain migration, i.e., family reunification.

The 12 million granted amnesty will be eligible for various benefits ranging from food stamps to Obamacare subsidizes. More than half of the adult illegal aliens lack even a high school degree. We are importing poverty and they will now be able to hold jobs legally hurting Americans and others here legally. It is a sheer disaster.

LOL....Sounds like it.

NBC Roundtable - discussing US Challenges abroad.

Coppell - brings up Syria and how do we know who to support in Syria.....the challenges in the ME. Reminds everyone of Netanyahu’s statement about Iran - timing of “red zone” (or whatever he called it) is approaching soon.

DeMint - on what Clinton said, “What difference does it make?” says our foreign policy shows weakness becuase we are not attempting to understand root causes fthat are creating these situations and responding appropriately. IOW, our foreign policy is all over the place and projects weakness.

Coppell we have moved away from big units and toward cyber warfare, special ops, drones; we are playing whack a mole with al queida, though. Biggest mistake obama has made is leaving Americans with the idea the WOT is over. It is not.

Regarding the “lovefest interview with obama/clinton” = Gregory asks, “Is obama passing the batton?”

Andrea says if Hillary decides to run, the field is cleared for her.

Woodruff says - hey don’t forget about Biden.

At least he brings up the concept of the injured Marine being unable to be thrown over the shoulder of a female Marine. Everyone else thinks it’s just fine and dandy....even Martha Radditz. (wonder if Marths’s reporting from front lines is over?)

Anyone who has been through basic training will remember the carry drills,
where you had to lift someone, who usually rode on your back, and walk/
attempt to run with them.

Not easy, even in your youth, when power was king....

My God Fed Ex was said tongue in cheek. No matter what you call a program you are going to need technology to make it effective. My point is that the private sector comes up with technological solutions to every problem it encounters. Dot Gov needs to take advantage of what exists. They would probably be miles ahead if they contracted enforcement out to private companies. The profit motive out does bureaucracy every time.

HIllary is claiming there was no live feed of Benghazi no one questioned her as to “what kind of feed there was”!! My guess is there was a delay of sort and she parsed it in Clintonease.

Agree. Even with video conference you at times need to pause to allow the
other person to speak, otherwise the transmission lag causes reverb.....

Well, McSally is a total lib Feminazi...big dis big waste.

If not for the nefarious seditious spiking of Political Correctness, we would have comprehensive statistics of the many thousands who have died because women lacked, with very few exceptions, the upper body strength of the average man. Be it female cops, firefighters or soldiers in combat the blinding biological fact that male physiological virtues are vital in subduing violent criminals, hauling fat asses from burning buildings or sprinting, while under fire, from fox hole to fox hole carrying a hundred pounds of ammo.
I submit the collateral damages of death because the Left wants to be fashionably stupid is nothing less than murder or at least unjust sacrifices to proved failed Leftist ideology.
I have no use for obtuse Leftist tools like McSally.

You and I agree on immigration reform. This is so foolish. The establiahment repub’s will destroy the party. They don’t mean to, but they do not understand what is happening, even on this one basic issue.

Ryan is now part of the problem. Now, I think the guy means well and isn’t just about protecting his own power, but he, along with too many of them, need to learn how to debate, how to negotiate, but first and foremost, need to undertand the “root causes” of their loss. IT IS because of the takers vs. makers. It IS because we have a lot of stupid people in this country. It IS about the culture (whether it’s education, family life, etc.), etc, etc, etc,

Amnesty will only increase the “takers”, open up a group to legally taking more “goodies”, and do nothing to help reelect Repub’s (unless they promise more goodies).

I like Ryan, but he needs to wake-up.

Col McSally is on because she’s out there championing the decision by the SecDef and the JCS to further degrade the morale and fighting spirit of the U.S. Armed forces.

In other words...she’s a useful idiot for the left.
