Homos? Oh no, regulating their right to spread a fatal disease would violate the Constitutional right to have sex when, where, and with whomever or whatever you please.
That’s the Constitutional right they're replacing the First and Second Amendments with.

AIDS/HIV is entirely preventable unlike the looser connections between diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure with obesity. It is very costly and a disproportionate amount of research dollars go into finding drugs and a cure for this preventable disease.
Instead of “shaming” AIDS/HIV patients they are protected in every way contrary to sound and long standing public policy on all other communicable diseases.
And no one ever notices.
