Anyone still think the military would not fire on US citizens?

Bingo. The good and those with a conscience are being driven out of the military... leaving only those obedient to the State... those who would do anything the State dictates.

Remember the recent FBI report about the threat of gangs inside our military and how prevalent they have become?

Gang Activity in the US Military

These FReepers who view our military through a lens of nostalgia are only fooling themselves. Good people are becoming the minority everywhere.

Okay folks, take a deep breath and read the military regulations.

I’ve never been in the military, but have a lot of experience worshiping in base chapels: All Saints, Salina, KS bought the old Schilling Air Force Base chapel and despite having been used as a protestant church since the base closed, it still fit the military regs: there were no crosses on the outside; the cross on the inside could be covered with a curtain; the stained glass windows were aniconic enough to make a Sunni happy. The Normandy Chapel on Fort Riley has no crosses fixed to the building and stained glass windows adorned with unit emblems and scenes stylized scenes of non-combat situations during the liberation of France in WWII.

If the troops want to worship in a proper Christian church while in theater, I’m sure they will all be welcomed at Orthodox church in Kandahar. Built by the Romanian part of the NATO contingent, it’s the only Christian church in the whole country.

Just wait until the homosexuals make their presence known in the military and make quota demands like our precious negros.

Stupid f*cking Dhimmies!

It's no wonder we have lost the war in Afghanistan and are losing the wider war against the Muslim Caliphate. We don't have the balls to stand up for our own culture or what is right. We cave in to every wicked thing and our "leaders" are bereft of vision or purpose.

Political Correctness has gelded us. It is now slowly killing us.

‘How you gunna feel about No Africa in a few years?
How about Asia?
When are you going to get excited? When they’re in Canada?
Kind of like some thinking in this country in 1938....”

Yes we heard the same argument in Viet Nam, remember the domino theory. It’s high time we stop being policeman of the world. The Brits and the French are more involved in Africa. Look what our African politics has brought us a commie state in South Africa and Zimbabwe? The Canadians can take care of their business and the Japanese are well suited to defend themselves. How about we protect our own borders? and metro areas which are loaded with America haters.

Proof that a single grain of sand can bring a functioning piece of modern machinery, to a complete stop. A-hole atheist just can’t leave the rest of us alone. Miserable scum.

I do agree with you assessment of the border and immigration but the rest of your premise is, in my opinion, bull shit. And isolationist bull shit at that.
We have been a global economy as well as a global concern since the inception of our nation. Can’t put a bubble up or stick our heads in the sand or yell LALALALA with our fingers in our ears. It’s a chicken shit way to operate and will come back to bite us when Canada goes Sharia law.
Grow up, suck it up, make the tough decisions, stick your neck out, attempt to make a difference and stop hiding behind isolationism...it’s cowardly.

You’re real brave with other people’s kids. The problem is for the last eight years and the four years in the future our involvement in world affairs has been a disaster. In Benghazi on the anniversary of 9/11 our embassy was unprotected even after cries for help. The Arab Spring which we backed has been a disaster, they took down Mubarek, put in Morsi, who immediately became a dictator and what do we do; send 200 F-16’s and 200 tanks to the Muslim Brotherhood who has vowed the destruction of Israel. We went into Iraq for WMD and found none, because we had an inefficient CIA, we fought and died there for what? Notice the oil contracts went to China. Sharia Law? We already have lib justices in this country ruling in favor of Sharia. We have more enemies at home in the USA than abroad. Each day we lose a little more freedom while electing bureaucrat career politicians, who think nothing of sending other people’s kids off to war. And I’ll put my record up serving this country to yours anytime big motuh!

Big motuh, huh? Well!!!
The problem you have is not our involvement in international affairs, it’s the crap lousy way the last admins since freakin’ Roosevelt have prosecuted any conflict we have been engaged in...sheesh!
And I’d be careful assuming anything about ANYONE on an Internet forum.
My response was based purely on your “stick the head in the sand” attitude
toward international affairs...I smell an isolationist Paul-bot....
