For two hours, Cathy Scoto said, she sat in the hallway of her Tahoe Park home with a stranger holding her hostage.

Wait, she has pit bulls, multiple, and they were letting some stranger hold her hostage? That’s odd.
“He said he was going to do good in his life when he got out of this.”
kidnapping, false imprisonment, burglary and an outstanding arrest warrant. By the time he gets out, the only good he will be able to do is as fertilizer.
Pit bulls are shocked (tamed?) by water according to the article.
