The Board was far from being non-partisan. Pickering is a career diplomat and Mullen is also a career military officer. The other three members of the board were career government bureaucrats. There should have been an outside investigation.

This is Wonder Woman, our hero. Without her actions that day, many more lives would have been saved. “Benghazi did not happen in a vacuum”. If the region was so unstable, why was security at a minimum? She wants it both ways.
Just wondering. Which approved and passed budgets failed to properly fund security for embassies???

I have never seen so many softballs and as$ kissers in my life. No one has ask the hard questions and will some one ask why the survivors of the attack have never been questioned.

If a witness is sworn in and lies to a congressional committee, he/she may be prosecuted for perjury. If the witness is not sworn, he cannot face perjury charges but could still theoretically be prosecuted for “making false statements.”
Not under oath = no perjury.
