He killed his whole family? Heartbreaking.
As I have said before, we need help with this issue: there are scary angry young men living in families all across the country and no help.
He was probably sick of getting beat by his dad
Need that link !
No 15 year old is allowed to own a firearm!
Wanna bet it was stolen?
It may well have been his father’s weapon. See post 47-48 above.
Yes, there are.
Possibly his dad’s.
But taking without permission is still theft.....
He was probably sick of getting beat by his dad.
Takes a certain amount of beatings to help their testicles decend.
Wow. You would lose your bet. This teen was one of ten children. He was homeschooled. His father was a minister. His father was a veteran who served in the first Gulf war. His father was a gang member as a youth.
So he killed everyone?
Allow me to express my condolances to you both for being unable to blame this one on public schools. I know how much it means to you, and the whole “homeschooled kid shoots parents” thing, or “homeschooling mother drowns kids in bathtub” thing is inconvenient for your agenda.
There is no “profile” of these type of shooters. That happens to be one of the biggest myths out there.
The Secret Service did an in depth study of school shooters that spanned a number of years, they found that mass shooters have a wide range of backgrounds.
The only thing that most had in common was that almost all planned and talked about what they were going to do before they did it.
Do you see the problem with rushing to categorize a person before all the facts are in? We shouldn't be doing things like that.
Turns out, this family was quite different than you first believed.
