That’s what we’re talking about. He’s breaking two basic rules really. 1) Keep your booger hooker off the trigger. 2) Treat every firearm as if it’s loaded. I had a Post ban stock set I got for $15 from a MAK 90

I loaned it to fellow and he tried to stain the forestock.
He ruined it.(Cheap ass wood)

Its a shame because like the thumbhole stock or not, it reflected a time in history.

That substance could only be loosely described as wood. I did some MAK90 stock work for a friend. It was brutal to work with: parts of it were soft as butter and would dent with a finger squeeze, while other parts were hard as iron. All of it wouldn’t absorb stain. I had to paint it and apply a wood grain texture. My buddy loved it, but I’d never touch another MAK90 stock project.

A friend of mine calls it "Chu Wood." Not sure that is what it really is. I call it crap!

I would bet good money the gun that girlie-man waved at the statehouse is a 3-pin Labanu import. Those have contraband machine gun receivers. Someone ought to sic the BATFE on him.
