Question....
My son has gotten his gun and concealed carry permit...
I saved all of the guns/rifles/shotguns his dad had, before he died...SO.....can I say that my son has “already” inherited them, and not have to get caught up in yet another Muslim Mulatto goat rope?

Unless there was a will that his father gave him those guns when he died you inherited them. Those are your guns. You need to check what your state’s law is on gifting. That’s advice from Mrs S Esq.

unless you are naming the minutia of your stuff, just don’t list it

leave all the property to him

or if more than 1 kid, ‘everything in the den goes to blah blah’

this means nothing to inheriting guns - or giving guns - no one will abide by this crap

just do what you want
