Unless there was a will that his father gave him those guns when he died you inherited them. Those are your guns. You need to check what your state’s law is on gifting. That’s advice from Mrs S Esq.

No will line item mentioning the guns....so, I will just accept that they are mine Nyuk Nyuk Nyuk,,,abd dare some idiot to try and tell me my “arsenal” isnt mine LOL ;-)
