this works only if you “owe” the government its taxes... If they “owe” you a refund then you should file as early as possible to get what “they owe” you quick so they cant draw interest on it.

In my case, I’m getting a (small) refund. I’m filing as soon as I get the forms from my employer— thus removing money from the system ASAP.
Good strategy, though, if you’re having to pay this year.

Strategize personal finances to starve the beast. It’s the only way to start turning the tide on runaway statism. Voting doesn’t help, writing strongly worded memos does no good - only depriving the statists of the power of the purse will start to reduce their ability to heap more liberty choking rules on us.
