TIBERGE at Galliawatch reports that close to one million people marched in protest against homosexual marriage rights in Paris yesterday. The numbers are not certain, but there is good reason to believe this estimate. The streets were clogged with people bearing signs and wearing shirts with symbols of the traditional family. Here we have an unprecedented declaration of mass resistance to homosexual rights. This means not only that there is a very good chance homosexual marriage and adoption rights will never become a reality in France, but that the principle of equality that governs so much of political discourse and everyday life has received a serious blow a blow that may cause many people to rethink or question its basic premises. Vive la France!
It isn’t every day that France humiliates the sh*t out of the United States...

most of our rights are extensions of our natural rights that are extensions of our nature as humans
marriage is not simply a tradition, it extends from the natural fact that only a man and a woman can together, naturally, produce a child, and as a consequence of that natural fact the naturally best place for the raising of children is with a child’s natural mother and father
as a civilization can we allow legal alternatives in the raising of children?
yes we can and we do - we allow adoptions and we even allow modern means of assisting conception, and we admit that when a parent is lost or when a marriage fails, a single parent can sometimes do a good job of raising a child/the children
does any of that mean that we must, by some sort of “right” allow ANY exceptions to the natural ideal that we are asked to make?
NO; there is no NATURAL human or civil right to the raising of children that does not reflect the nature of the human child - conceived by one man and one woman.
A very prominent British actor was interviewed on the BBC today. He’s “gay”. Part of the interview included the host asking him about the public attacks against him because of his views about “gay marriage” (he’s not for it) and “gays” adopting children (the worst place for a child in his view). There is no tolerance for honesty among Liberals.
God is in our midst, working goodness through those of us who open our hearts to understand his will. God seems to work from where one would least expect it, it is how he shows those with heart and intellectual capacity that he is behind these wonderful works...
Was that the ‘Hardtalk’ interview with Rupert Everett ?
“Was that the Hardtalk interview with Rupert Everett ?”
I think it was; though i did not come in on the beginning of it and did not watch all of it.
Could this be the Charles “The Hammer” moment for homosexual marriage?
Will we have as gigantic a demonstration against Obama’s anti 2nd amendment EOs?
