No, she had a genuine disability....read the article. But you don’t get a “free pass” on ethics just because you’re hurt.
She banged herself up in a wreck, and her victim dumped her. She was permanently paralyzed until some of the legal issues were reached, I think. Current stories are not clear on the timing on the ‘recovery’.
