Vice President Joe Biden, while addressing representatives of gun safety and gun violence victims' groups, says President Obama could use "executive orders" to enact gun control measures.
VICE PRESIDENT JOE BIDEN: "The president is going to act. There are executives orders -- executive action that can be taken. We haven't decided what that is yet. But we're compiling it all with the help of the Attorney General and all the rest of the cabinet members as well as legislative action, we believe is required."

A direct violation of the clear statement and intent of the Constitution is treason.
We all knew this was coming.
And what exactly has the GOP been doing?
Why not discuss how the government and police have failed to protect citizens . . . just point to the crime statistics and the drug cartels which overwhelming show the inadequacy of law enforcement notwithstanding their often brave and best efforts?
Why not point to all those saved lives and prevented crimes because some good citizen intervened with a gun?

He may be able to instruct the ATF, etc. in what their policies should be but he cannot enact law via an EO that requires the states, cities and counties to comply should they choose not to.
The gun grabber class is coming to the realization that they don’t have the votes in Congress, and they don’t have majority public support for their proposed gun law changes. Hence, they’re left with trying to convince the public that an Executive Order infringement on our rights is legitimate.

Heck, I believe Obama won the election because BOTH parties realized that if he lost our cities would burn and we would be in civil war. I really believe they believe that grabbing even assault weapons would be just as devastating.
But it keeps us from noticing what’s going on with the economy. It’s basically a “look over there” tactic.

This is the reason for the second amendment.
The executive branch of government that does not recognize the other two branches of government as co-equals is truly a danger to this country.

My only complaint in all of this is that there will be many law enforcement who are against disraming the public who will be forced to participate in the confiscation and be injured or killed as a result.
Why not let all the gun control zealots and communists take point on this and let them be the ones to try to disarm us instead of those who may not favor this?

You bring up an interesting point and I would like to take it one step further.
We have had several heinous mass shootings committed by mentally unstable people with guns. The left's response is to curtail the rights of law abiding citizens to participate in constitutionally guaranteed activity.
Meanwhile over the past 5 years the Cartels have taken over much of the interstate illegal drug trade. Most of this is being done by illegals. If the right even suggests tighter immigration enforcement against those that have broken the law to enter the U.S., we are called racist.
Thank You Joe bite me, for tipping me off as to what is comming next. Sadly I don’t see enough people standing in the way.
I would rather suffer an EMP attack or total economic collapse.
