Ban rocks, ban buses, ban DC, and ban police.
Problem solved.
“reminding people not to throw rocks at buses or cars.”
If people have to be reminded not to throw rocks at buses or cars, then I am somewhat doubtful a flier will be of much help...
Oh, btw, aren’t these ‘allegedly’ ‘assault rocks?’
The Mulatto Messiah will propose increased "Rock Control" to prevent future incidents
The problem is clear:
The rocks are dangerous, and totally legal. Why not simply deem the rocks ILLEGAL..?
That would give the authorities good feelings, and the problem immediately goes away.
This did not occur to them?
I demand that homeowners register all their rocks!
Landscapers need a Federal Granitic Dealer License.
There needs to be a limit on the number of rocks a person can carry on them.
Concealed Rock Carry Permits must be instituted!
“People”. People are throwing rocks at buses? Ferals may be throwing rocks at buses, but people are not. (I’m going to stop there before somebody calls me a you know what)
Gosh! Who knew! Guess I'd better stop throwing rocks at buses!
Gee.... somebody ought to pass a law !? Wait a minute aren’t there about 50,000 + laws on the books already (and counting). When are idiots going to realize that if people don’t want to obey the laws, they won’t. How many of those fabric, bedding and furniture tags have you torn off in your lifetime? See :)
This is a problem we all experience. It is almost impossible to remember that we should not throw rocks at buses. If Whitey is sitting by a window on the bus you just want to throw a rock at him. If that guy from the CRIPS is on the bus you just want to throw a rock. Control your urge to throw a rock use shoot the 9mm instead.

It’s good that this is happening in DC.
We must immediately ban High Capacity Assault Rocks.
This assumes that the rock throwers can read!
Put up a sign, “Rock Free Zone”, problem solved.
Isn’t DC the highest or one of the highest “states” in spending per pupil in public education? And they expect them to read this flyer?
“....with a cherry on top?”
“I’ll be your best frieend..”
About 20 years ago, when I first moved to the City of Pittsburgh, I was riding in a city bus that took a route through a rough neighborhood.
It was summer and hot outside, and the air conditioner in the bus must have been on the blink, because some windows had been left open.
As luck would have it, I was seated near an open window when some YOUNG neighborhood kids—not more than 7 or 8 years old—started hurling rocks at the bus. One sailed though my open window, just inches from my head.
I never took that bus route again.
What kind of reminders do they send to people in DC that don’t pay their property and other local taxes? I bet it isn’t so lenient and gentle.
I looked at the PDF. Felt weird. It’s like “Don’t Murder! It’s against the law!”
Okay, I’ll play. Ban people from carrying more than 10 rocks at a time.
