Full story at link. Two Indian soldiers are dead - rumour says that one was beheaded. A few days ago, a Pakistani soldier died during clashes on that border. A situation which could escalate.

Most likely, India will do nothing. Most governments are afraid of antagonizing these failed Islamic states enough to put up with a few terrorist acts and murders from time to time. India will pay lip service to retaliation, but will almost certainly do very little.

It sounds as if you are correct - it seems that India will do nothing. I thought otherwise. But here are some statements from a BBC report:
