CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) - Police say U.S. Sen. Rand Paul's son was arrested after a flight from Kentucky to North Carolina.
The Charlotte Observer reports http://bit.ly/13cI8me 19-year-old William Hilton Paul was arrested Saturday morning at Charlotte Douglas International Airport and charged with alcohol-related offenses.

If a person is on a plane or in an airport acting like a total idiot, they don't need a Breathalyzer to arrest him for disorderly conduct. Perhaps the police did a BAC test when they were called.

The 19 yo kids was charged with: underage drinking, disorderly conduct and being intoxicated and disruptive.
It wouldn’t matter who his family was, he would have been an issue.
Unless, of course, you are a Democrat's son, like VA Representative Moran's son, for instance, who beat a girl, broke her nose and fractured her skull while drunk (among other things). He received a warning or something similar.
According to Lt. Blake Hollar with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, Paul was intoxicated when he arrived at the airport and said “he was possibly served alcohol on the flight.”
The teenager was arrested by police and booked into the Mecklenburg County Jail, charged with three misdemeanors: underage consumption, disorderly conduct, and being intoxicated and disruptive.

Rand Paul needs to have “the talk” with all of his kids that they won’t be able to get away with anything. They are now in the public eye.
19 is underage for drinking (personally I think its stupid).
If he had been drinking and NOT disorderly and disruptive he would not have been arrested.
The drinking will be added on because of the other stuff.
When I first saw the article, I thought that it was intentional on the part of the Paul son - because Rand had more or less encouraged us to fight back against TSA. Of course, this guy is 19, and I was not there, so it could have been just a boy being a boy too.....

My wife and I saw this on the News this morning, and in the report it claimed He Was SERVED BY THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT, Why has the Flight Attendant that wilfully and ILLEGALLY served this “minor” Alcohol not in JAIL???? We said the same thing to each other at the same time, so Where is the report of Arrest for Furnishing Alcohol to Minors??

Expect these sorts of things to happen to anyone who might have 2016 juice. The strategy is to scare 'em. If that don't work, to burn 'em. If that don't work, to mess 'em up real bad. All before any organized opposition money can get behind them.
