Biff and Ashley are hosting an intimate repast for 12 un diner intime pour deux at their inherited Art Deco/ Georgian brownstone designed by Frank Lloyd Wright.
Menu by Chef Louis was Petit foie gras and Beluga caviar will be followed by Cuisses De Grenouille Provencale and Escargots A La Bourguignonne with Creme Brule for dessert.
During the serving an undocumented employee of the caterer catches the antique Louis V silk tapestry on fire with a warming burner. The first 2 floors are fully engulfed with the guests clustered at the 3rd floor windows.
You are first on the scene. Determine the following:
1. What wines were served with what course?
2. What crackers were served with the Beluga?
3. How many forks are at each setting?
4. What do they do with the poor frogs after they cut their little legs off?
What happened in the 60s is that many minority kids stopped listening to their elders, had in fact a certain contempt with how hard their elders had worked to get ahead. So thirty years ago, yes, there were still a lot of minorities instilled with the old work ethic who got screwed. But now we are dealing with the younger set who think that working hard means you have a slave mentality.
