The US is well past the tipping point. Obama could now make a speech from the oval office and state that he was born in Kenya and nothing would be done. He could and did declare Congress in recess for purposes of making appointments and nothing was done. He could declare that the debt ceiling does not prevent him from borrowing as much money as necessary to keep the government running and nothing will be done. Obama is becoming Hugo Chavez less the troublesome health problem.

Look, Orly isn’t the best lawyer. She has brought more cases, spoken to (and given more documents to) more Supreme Court Justices than anyone else. She has gone on EVERY radio or TV show possible. NO ONE (by a MILE) has done more to keep this issue alive than Orly Taitz. Your post of much interest to me, although being a non-citizen. I remember much about Kenya from the 1950's, while living in England. A lot of work to be done yet on the status of a child born of a British subject in the United States. Perhaps it has, if so I stand corrected.

A judge surely should deal with the facts presented and not the personality of the presenter. That being said (love that phrase), This whole business often smacks of the old saw of simply:

Orly Taitz is an American hero. History will show that. The Left are afraid of her because she has told the truth in courts of law and is not afraid of the strongarm tactics this administration uses. She knows how awful Marxism is from where she was born. If only Americans would hear what she says and follow her. Some religious bigots and xenophobic posters here are moles who are trying discredit Orly by calling her names. We all should have even a fraction of her patriotism and grasp of the facts and issues surrounding the odd, hugely suspicious election of drug-driven, Islamist nonentity Barack Obama.
