I could not find it in the 'free' version of the online edition.

Well, it seems Illinois has started it’s own form of Capital Punishment. They outlawed the regular kind, I guess it works if they all just kill each other.

They were thugs (and most were), so we should thank The Ballarina for these statistics, then.
But as soon as the subject returns to gun control it'll be back to '500 innocent youths dead due to gun violence'.
