I live in Maryland so I can understand how people in Massachusetts who would like to get rid of this puke feel each time he is re-elected by liberal a-holes. We feel the same way here about our Senators and Steny Hoyer, but as long as these professional government slackers keep passing out pork it is impossible to outnumber those who eat at the trough.
However being a liberal Senator from Mass. who slops the hogs does not qualify one to be Secretary of State.

Thanks A, it’s a relief to *not* see anyone on the thread claiming that the US joined WWI (1917) because of the sinking of the Lusitania (1915). Wilson ran for 1916 reelection on “he kept us out of war” but almost miraculously the US raised a huge force, trained it, and shipped it over to Europe in record time, not many months after the election — almost as if a lot of prep work had been done. The pretext was the Zimmerman Telegram.
