“It’s coming. Lock & Load.”

You’re right. Wonder what % of Patriots will actually participate?

The person that first coined the phrase “Ammo is the currency of the future” sure nailed it!

We went to the range yesterday and shot all our ammo. Going boating today. Hoping for an accident-free boat trip. / s.

Thermold were very popular prior to Y2K.

As I remember, they were used by people who were having problems with the metal mags with grey followers causing jams.

There was rumors of them melting under heavy fire because they are plastic and got the nickname thermelt.

But if the rumor was true you have to be doing some serious auto fire for that to happen.

I’ve used them and think they are great.

Many people here hate Alex Jones. It was Alex Jones who was counting all the Ammo the government was buying by all the different branches over the last year while everyone was quiet. Wake up Freepers.

There are plenty of guns and ammo to be bought, just not on the retail market. It is all on the secondary market.

These commodities are non existent on the retail (cheap) scene and demand is through the roof. Everything can be had.....for a price. For those willing to pony up the cash, all can be had. Supply and demand rears it’s ugly head yet again.

For the winers refusing to pay more than $1,000 for an AR or 30 cents a round to feed them, they will have a VERY long wait to get what they want, like between 3 years and never.

The gun dealers saw this coming, and have been inventory heavy since the first Obama inauguration. Many of them now have their retirement nest egg. My hat is off to those who were willing to invest in their beliefs of where politics is headed.

I doubled my basic load for all calibers last summer in anticipation of the election fraud of 2012. My rule of thumb where I live is 1000 rounds per caliber except 22 cal. Need at least 10,000 rounds of 22 for small game and barter. Good luck. Stay well - Stay safe - Stay armed.

People are expecting a ban. They are loading up while they can. Of course if there is a ban, the tax of all that ammo will be huge.

Cheaper than Dirt: Price Gouging Extraordinaires

Under free enterprise, Cheaper than Dirt has every right to charge what they want for their products.

And we have every right to advertise their price gouging to Americans, so they may make an informed decision about doing business with that company in the future.

You have it right, the boobs in the beltway have made this nation more than brittle. We are but a few “Social Justice” platitudes away from the straw that breaks the camel’s back. The takers have reached the point where we find out if the Rule of Societies applies. “Society will have exactly as much crime as it chooses to tolerate.” We may be at a point of Constitutional Redeclaration.
As for me I would have preferred to live in a less interesting time, but lacking that choice I only hope America is prepared for where we are headed.

I wanted to get a couple of bricks of .22 last week just to use for target practice. Walmart didn’t have a single box of shorts, longs or long rifle on the shelf.

Dumberthandirt also knee-jerked pulled all their guns off their site after Sandy Hook to "review their policies." Then the issued some nonsense statement on their FaceBook page (within hours they had several thousand p'od responses - which was funny because other retailers were posting their links to their own site). When you did click on firearms at their site, it said 'ctd does not sell firearms.'

A lot of people have stated they will not purchase from them again, myself included. I sent them a nice email detailing all the money I spent at their competitors; several other guys I know have done so as well.

Dumberthandirt is probably trying to gouge whatever they can from their remaining customers due to the cost of their knee jerk.

>>Nation Running Out of Ammo<<

No, the ammo is safe and secure in the hands of the American citizens.

Makes me very proud to see so many patriots arming themselves. Should be seen as a powerful sign.

If Uncle Sugar cannot read the TEA leaves in all this, well then they truly are as dumb as we always believed them to be.
