WASHINGTON — Outgoing US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, who fell ill in early December and hasn't been seen in public since, will be back at her desk on Monday, her closest aide said.
"She's recuperating at home," and will take up her official duties again "next week" Philippe Reines wrote in brief email to AFP when asked about the health of Washington's most traveled top diplomat.

I, for one cannot wait for Hillary’s testimony. It will be the best Kabuki theater since Bill’s, “The meaning of is, is” on 60 Minutes. I can see it now. Hillary in a wheel chair with bandages around her head, IV tubes and bottles dangling from the poles, at least one doctor and two nurses in a attendance. The Senators and Representatives all being very sympathetic and gentle. Then the Washington press corpse spending the next month or so telling us, how brave and heroic Ms Clinton is.
I bet she shows up at the testimony with a bike helmet on and apologizes that she won’t be able to answer any question because the concussion gave her amnesia about Benghazi but thinks she will be OK again in about three years
