Sorry, Ron but you are mistaken. My brother-in-law has lived there for 25+ years and he has to “register” per the link below. So, you are either ignorant of the sorry law, violating the law, or misleading readers of this thread. Not meaning to offend, but incorrect info needs to be challenged.

I was born and raised in So. Cal., lived there for 40 years. When I bought ammo for my .44 I had to show I.D. and give a thumb print.

Maybe it was the gun store policy, I don't know but I remember having to do it.

As an aside, the gun shop I am referring to was B & B in No. Hollywood. It's the same shop the cops went to to get heavier arms in the B of A robbery and subsequent shoot out.

I just clicked your link, I was referring to California in my post that you responded to, not Las Vegas.

Nevada is one of the best States for gun laws, Clark Co, (Las Vegas) is the only County that requires hand gun registration.
