It’s okay if he asks. It is my opinion. There is plenty of other precedent for different treatment for citizens vs. foreigners.

Yet the Constitution itself distinguishes between citizens, and people, with the latter being more expansive. Do you think the Founders erred when they wrote the First Amendment?
