Hate his politics but he went to fight for my country while his opposition hid from military service. I can disagree with a man’s politics but still respect his going to serve his country. His opinions changed afterwards, but if it is courage and patriotism versus running away from duty, at least on a basis on who put their life on the line for his country, he dwarfs some of his harshest critics.
I would vote against him on policy but I would never second guess his manhood.
You have no idea of how he served this country in Vietnam when you come up with a statement like that. Go do some research.
Kerry did two tours in Nam. First tour in the blue water navy. Second tour he got a surprise assignment to the Mekong delta brown water fleet . Fact is that he cut his tour short by getting 3 purple hearts and sent home. Not even one stitch from his wounds. My belief is he couldn’t hack getting shot at.
Disagree. He went there for future political gain. Never forget, he thinks of himself first. He sold out his fellow servicemen, and for that he can never be called a man. He was a coward, a traitor, and a fake. Still is.
