If he’s saying that many more states are likely to accept and legalize homosexual marriage, I think he’s probably right. That’s just a fact.
It has always been the case that this was a state matter. So long as the citizens of Texas and Kansas aren’t compelled to legalize it, that’s fine with me. It’s the federalist and conservative position, actually. Same with abortion, which is why Roe v. Wade was wrongly decided. These are properly state matters.

Yes, as long as my state doesn't enslave human beings, who I am to tell other states they can't make it perfectly legal to buy, sell, whip, torture, and do whatever they want to their human property in states where slavery in legal?
