Those of us who questioned the sincerity of Newt’s claimed embrace of the Catholic faith may now take a few moments to feel smug.
Go for it. When the primaries started, I looked at Bachmann, Cain, Palin, and thought what a great year this was going to be. What could go wrong? Plenty, as it turned out, so I fell in with Newt when it seemed that he was all that was left standing between us and Romney. Yeah, that worked. Newt couldn't overcome his past, and Romney ran away with it.
All we can hope for are better choices in 2016, and that America gets over its addiction to government freebies.

Exactly, and I guarantee you Gingrich will catch so much static for this lapse in judgement, he will backoff and issue a statement claiming marriange is AND AWAYS WILL BE a man and women and conservatives can never buy into the liberal mindset.
He needs to read the Cathecism of the Catholic Church to see what it says about sodomite “marriage”.

We should all just go out and “marry” the person who will do us the most good on our tax return and really screw the government.
