However, Kim Jong-eun now turned on Choe only several months after the momentous purge? There are reports that Choe is deeply unpopular among military ranks because he is a man of no military background who suddenly landed on one of the most powerful military positions, turning the top military ranks upside down, left and right. So is this a belated attempt to appease military? Still it does not look good.
