New Army Manual Orders Soldiers Not To Criticize Taliban

New Army Manual Orders Soldiers Not To Criticize Taliban Or Anything Related To Islam

Here is a strong indicator that the Obama Administration’s crusade to appease Islam has gone too far; a new U.S. military handbook for troops deployed to the Middle East orders soldiers not to make derogatory comments about the Taliban or criticize pedophilia, among other outrageous things.

It gets better; the new manual, which is around 75 pages, suggests that Western ignorance of Afghan culture— not Taliban infiltration—is responsible for the increase in deadly attacks by Afghan soldiers against the coalition forces.

The soon-to-be-released Army handbook is still being drafted, but a mainstream newspaper got a sneak preview and published an article that should infuriate the American taxpayers funding the never-ending war on terror.

The manual is being created because someone with authority bought the theory that cultural insensitivity is driving insider attacks on U.S. troops in Afghanistan.

More than three dozen insider attacks have killed 63 members of the U.S.-led coalition this year, according to the article, and some blame “American cultural ignorance.”

The bottom line is that troops may experience social-cultural shock and/or discomfort when interacting with Afghan security forces, the new military handbook says.

“Better situational awareness/understanding of Afghan culture will help better prepare [troops] to more effectively partner and to avoid cultural conflict that can lead toward green-on-blue violence.”

The draft leaked to the newspaper offers a list of “taboo conversation topics” that soldiers should avoid, including “making derogatory comments about the Taliban,” “advocating women’s rights,” “any criticism of pedophilia,” “directing any criticism towards Afghans,” “mentioning homosexuality and homosexual conduct” or “anything related to Islam.”

At least one high-ranking military official had the backbone to publicly criticize the new manual, albeit through a spokesperson. U.S. Marine General John Allen, the top commander in Afghanistan, doesn’t endorse it and rejected a proposed forward drafted by Army officials in his name. “He does not approve of its contents,” according to a military spokesman quoted in the story.

Earlier this year the Obama Administration changed the way federal agents are trained to combat terrorism and violent extremism by eliminating all materials that shed a negative light on Muslims.

Under White House orders, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) destroyed instructional material that characterizes Muslims as prone to violence or terrorism in a government-wide call to end Islamophobia.

Under Obama practically every major federal agency has been ordered to participate in Muslim outreach initiatives, including the Justice Department with a special program to protect Islamic civil rights, Homeland Security meetings with extremist Muslim organizations and the nation’s space agency (NASA) with an unprecedented mission to focus on Muslim diplomacy.

Additionally, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton signed a special order to allow the reentry of two radical Islamic academics whose terrorist ties long banned them from the U.S. and the administration sent an America-bashing mosque leader (Feisal Abdul Rauf) who blames U.S. foreign policy for the 9/11 attacks on a Middle Eastern outreach mission.

The Obama Administration even ordered a government-funded meal program for home-bound seniors to offer halal cuisine prepared according to Islamic law.

At one point way back in the Carter administration, I was very, very close to just chunking 10+ years and getting out of the military. I had had it with the garbage. BUT, I hung in. But, NOW, I can tell you I would get out. I could not stand to be on active duty now. I would end up in prison. I cannot believe this is what my military has come down too. The wonderful men and women who gave so much for this Republic must be rolling in their graves to see what this Republic has dipped into the bucket of hell it has become.

I served in the Navy from Nixon to Ford and even though they weren't exactly conservatives they would have been appalled if we were instructed to ass kiss the enemy trying to destroy us...

...the Taliban and Islamonazism in general are not much different than the Soviet military in my time bent on our nation's annihilation...only without class or personal hygiene.

We have a CinC who has no clue about “before shot shoot dumass!”

Well the job of our soldiers is to speak not with their voices but with their weapons. Odd that the Taliban is part of our enemy and our soldiers are supposed to kill them but not to criticize them.

I have so many friends/family that have gotten out the past year/couple of years because they saw the changes coming and knew it was retire now or get tossed out .

Last week on Jan Markell's radio show they interviewed Michelle Bachmann and you would not believe how far this thinking from the OIC has infiltrated our government . It was shocking , just shocking . There is a recording of the show here .

The Obama soldier and the Islamonazi:

“BLAM! BLAM! BLAM!”

“Don't take it personal noble defender of the one true religion—I am only following the Great Satan's orders.”

“BLAM! BLAM! BLAM!”

“Allahu Akbar!!! DIE INFIDEL!!! TO HELL WITH YOU AND I GET 72 BOOTY CALLS!!! YIEE! YIEEE! YIEEE!!!”

I understand the Taliban like men in pink tu-tu’s with white tights. Is that going to be the new Army Uniform?

My late father fought and was both wounded and traumatized in the Pacific War and til his dying day had not one kind word for the Japanese...they did a lot of terrible things in his opinion...and they did.

When he was rough in his opinions about those who hurt him and killed his friends I did not judge.

Obama is an asshole.

I did my time. 7 of 8 years overseas 68-76. Were my son or daughter tell me now they wanted to be in the US Military, I’d not only tell them no, but HELL NO! It is not now a place to wantonly throw away your life for political expediency, especially the current CINC’s traitorous expediency..

My tag line expresses my sentiments about this and all the other insanity going on these days.
I wasn’t a career man but I went straight from high school to Navy boot camp and served my hitch and am happy to say I received an honorable discharge. I would never be guilty of encouraging any young man now to join any branch of the military any more than I would encourage them to join the Outlaw motorcycle gang.
Our military is being corrupted and I don’t even like to think about what the purpose is for corrupting it.

Clausewitz wrote about “The friction of war”. He said that the way to win was to reduce the “friction” for your force. This increases friction for our side. It would be nice if we had some admirals and generals who could figure out how to give the enemy more friction.

So - Why do two of the five taboo subjects concern pederasty? Just askin. Might get the answer from any returning, deployed soldier.

Amen to that Rip. As I have posted here many times, when asked about joining the military, I tell every person, NO. Do not do it. If you MUST do it for whatever reason, select a military job that you can find a job on the outside using. Mechanic, medical, MP (for police work), etc. I tell them go in, get the training, do the 3 or 4 years and get the heck OUT! Do not stay for a career. They lied to me and mine for 20 years. All the promises they made are gone. They lied. Simple as that. Go figure, the US government lying to us! But, I tell them find a job outside unless you just have no other way to get training, but get out. They lied to me, they will lie to you and not keep one of the promises. If I had it to do over, I would have done the 3 and walked and never looked back. My mistake. I did it for my country. I did it for the Republic. And, yes, for what I was promised, IF I did what I was suppose to do, what I earned. That is now gone. Military retirees nowadays are getting screwed more and more each month, and year. More taken away, and massive costs piled on us. We were promised certain things for our service. The lying government now uses us as the cost reduction. The Pentagon scum are one of the main cutters. Civilians making six figured salaries and tons of bennies and cutting ours. I hope the earth opens up and swallows Washington, DC whole. No loss. We would be better to start off over again.
